Aurora is a grassroots organisation and strives to be as democratic and non-hierarchical as possible. We work as a non-profit and collaborate with each other in different parts of the process and in various working groups. We also have a board. The board consists solely of young people who actively participate in the majority of Aurora's current working groups. Its role is to work towards achieving the association's purpose and to take into account the ideas discussed by members at general meetings. The board's mission is to lead the association and implement decisions made at the annual meeting.
