Aurora revives lawsuit

It's decided: Aurora will do as the European Court of Human Rights and the Swedish Supreme Court have now clarified (over a year and a half after we sued the state) and pursue a lawsuit against the state as an association. We will thus continue to pursue the issue of the Swedish state's legal obligations in the climate crisis, and pressure the state to implement the major societal changes needed for them to stop exacerbating the climate crisis to the point of violating human rights.
