Aurora sues again: Feb 6th

Sufficient climate action is a legal duty. On February 6th, Aurora will remind the state that it must take its responsibility and stop fuelling the climate crisis: for the second time, we are suing the state with a demonstration from Mynttorget to the Stockholm District Court.

Since we sued last time, the International Court of Justice, the European Court of Human Rights, and the Swedish Supreme Court have confirmed that states are obliged to protect human rights from the effects of the climate crisis. Our chances of winning are greater than ever. But we can only hold the state accountable if we work together. Come and protest with us!
