Aurora's demands

On November 4, 2022, Aurora sent a second letter to the state. It was a follow-up to the letter (swedish) previously sent in May. The letter clarified Aurora's demands, i.e. the demands Aurora makes on the state. The letter contained a final ultimatum, if an acceptable response is not given by November 18, Aurora will sue the state.
