The European Court of Human Rights' conclusions in the KlimaSeniorinnen ruling opened up the possibility that some associations may have the right to sue states when their inadequate climate action is violating the human rights of the association's members. If you and your association are interested in pursuing a similar lawsuit, we would love to hear from you!
