Nacka district court announces they will hear the case!

On Tuesday (March 21), the Aurora case received notice that the court will issue a summons. This means that the court does not dismiss Aurora's lawsuit against the Swedish state, but rather opens up the possibility for Sweden's responsibility in the climate crisis to be tested in court. The state now has three months to respond to the youths' lawsuit application.
