The Human Rights Institute agrees with Aurora!
In a landmark opinion, the independent government agency argues that the Aurora case should be heard in Swedish courts.
The Institute for Human Rights has written an opinion arguing that the Supreme Court should answer yes to the question put to them. This is the first time ever that the Institute has intervened in an ongoing court case in this way. Their press release and opinion can be read here.
