The state replies!

In its response, the state agrees that the Aurora case should be heard on its merits, but argues that Sweden’s climate efforts are sufficient to protect human rights. This stands in stark contrast to just how far Sweden is from doing its fair share of the global climate action needed to avoid climate collapses.
