The Supreme court has made a decision regarding Aurora's lawsuit

On February 19th, the Swedish Supreme court delivered their decision regarding if Aurora's climate case can and should be tried in the Swedish legal order. They said that they case cannot be tried, but did not rule out that a similar climate case can be. Read our press release here.
